Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement tailored solutions for our clients' building performance needs. Your strong technical skills and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs of building systems
• Commissioning new systems and ensuring proper functionality
• Troubleshooting HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
• Completing required project documentation
A successful candidate will have a strong background in building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service is also essential.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year
