About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Dispatcher Specialist to join our team at National HVAC Service. In this critical role, you will play a key part in managing our daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to our commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule Management: Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance based on technician availability, customer priority, and job urgency.
• Tech Coordination: Communicate with HVAC technicians regarding job status, equipment needs, or any special customer requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients to confirm service appointments, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Report Generation: Input and update job status, customer information, and technician schedules in the company's management software. Provide reports on technician productivity, service completion, and any delays or issues.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework in business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or HVAC-related fields is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
