Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Dispatch and Scheduling Manager to join our team at National HVAC Service. In this crucial role, you will oversee the coordination and scheduling of HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our commercial clients.
Main Responsibilities:
• Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate HVAC service calls, installations, and maintenance based on technician availability, customer priority, and job urgency.
• Communication: Communicate with clients to confirm service appointments, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Reporting: Generate reports on technician productivity, service completion, and any delays or issues.
Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in dispatching, customer service, or HVAC-related fields is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
