This Service Technician role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing pools and hot tubs for our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair pool and hot tub equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues with pool and hot tub systems.
• Install, upgrade, and replace pool and hot tub equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records of service visits, inspections, and repairs.
