Job Summary
As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering essential technology services to our customers while exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair services for residential customers
• Educate customers on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment
• Perform basic to complex installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
Requirements:
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Technical skills: problem solver, computer and software application use, measurement, and hand tool operation
• Skills: communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, and reliability
