Compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to meet operational and strategic goals.">
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and engineers to ensure excellent client and customer satisfaction.">

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior operations role.">
• Degree or college diploma in business, technical, or management.">
• HVAC license A Plus.">
• Red Seal HVAC Refrigetion Certification/License.">
