Job Description
In this position, you will prepare accurate construction drawings, perform construction administration, and prepare preliminary schematics through final designs for projects. You will also engage in code research and application, interface with other disciplines, clients, and contractors, and provide leadership, mentoring, and coordination of the production staff.
You will assist in maintaining project design budgets and schedules while pursuing quality results. Additionally, you will perform quality control reviews of HVAC and plumbing design work done by others and assist in business development activities such as writing fee proposals and conducting project scoping walks with potential clients.
