Job Description:
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks on HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Diagnose issues accurately and efficiently, utilizing technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to identify solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to explain findings, discuss repair options, and provide recommendations for system optimization or upgrades.
• Document all service and maintenance tasks performed, including parts used and repairs conducted.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of practical experience in servicing HVAC systems, preferably in both commercial and residential environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC equipment and understanding system components.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Certification or relevant training in HVAC systems preferred.
