Job Title
A Skilled HVAC Service Technician is needed for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure system efficiency and functionality.
• Collaborate with customers to explain findings, discuss repair options and provide recommendations for system optimization or upgrades.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working on HVAC systems.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in servicing HVAC systems in both commercial and residential environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC equipment and understanding system components.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
• Certification or relevant training in HVAC systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
An estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
