We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVACR Service Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets, with experience working on advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.
About the Role:
• This is a full-time position that requires commitment to excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
• You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems, including RTUs, Boilers, AHUs, Pumps, and Split Systems.
• Your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements:
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of commercial and/or industrial, mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, good verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• A commitment to a 30-Hour OSHA Certification is required upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry would be beneficial.
• Refrigeration Certification and EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification are preferred.
