Project Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing project schedules and ensuring timely completion
• Serving as the primary point of contact for owner representatives and stakeholders
• Communicating project goals and objectives to the team
• Ensuring accuracy and quality control for all submittals
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in mechanical contracting
• Prior experience managing or leading construction projects and people
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on skills and experience. The job is full-time and permanent, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
