Campbell Mechanical Services is a renowned commercial HVAC mechanical contractor with over 100 employees. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and performance in the industrial HVAC sector.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Sales Representative to join our team at the Ann Arbor location.
This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively manage the process for quoting and providing planned maintenance agreements to new and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the HVAC industry, and excellent customer relationship and negotiating skills.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $45k - $70k per year, plus commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health insurance, vision, dental, and paid holidays. Work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Key qualifications for this position include:
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales
• HVAC experience preferred
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to pass a drug and background screen
• A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
