Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic DIRECTV Field Service Technician Subcontractor to join our team. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service during all phases of DIRECTV system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
Responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and repairing DIRECTV products in accordance with quality standards, testing satellite dishes and indoor equipment using specialized meters and tools, and ensuring installations are completed to customer satisfaction.
