Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Northpoint Asset Management. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of residential properties.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential construction, including plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple job locations simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Assist with project management activities such as job scoping, estimating, and material procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
The salary range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in residential construction and maintenance, with a strong understanding of relevant trade skills and safety protocols.
