Job Overview
The HVAC inside sales representative plays a critical role in supporting the growth and success of Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities and close sales.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of HVAC products, pricing, and industry trends.
- Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage returns when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Essential Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products or willingness to learn.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
