We are seeking an experienced HVAC Field Services Leader to join our team in Mason, OH.
About the Role:
The HVAC Field Services Leader will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of field technicians and customer service representatives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
• Manage post-sales contract performance from initial sales call to project completion and collections
• Process management – including dispatch, parts / inventory, repair proposals, invoicing, and contract renewals
• Ensure timely cash flows & maintain minimum Receivables
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
