HVAC Project/Service Sales Professional for Commercial and Industrial Projects
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales professional to join our team in the Hartford, CT area.
Responsibilities:
• Sell and market HVAC mechanical solution projects to customers
• Develop new customer relationships and explore new market channels
• Conduct site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales proposals to meet customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities
• Manage calendar, schedule regular appointments, and execute follow-up tasks
• Contribute to the company's revenue and gross profit goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, Engineering or equivalent HVAC sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A minimum of three years' sales experience in the HVAC industry
• Excellent customer service, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
