Job Overview
Columbia NW Heating is seeking a skilled HVAC System Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and thermostats
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
• Perform emergency repairs and ensure timely response to service requests
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is between $29.00 and $42.00 per hour, plus SPIFF bonus eligibility.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
