Job Description
This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs. They will work closely with our team to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and thermostats.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform necessary maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment.
• Perform emergency repairs and respond promptly to service requests.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all parts are loaded and accounted for on each job site.
• Review work for errors and correct them as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance when interacting with clients and customers.
• Avoid hazards and report any incidents or near-misses.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies.
