Requirements:
To succeed as a Mitigation Technician at NW Employment Solutions, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
• At least 1+ year of experience in mitigation.
• IICRC certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license (not required but preferred).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Novice-level handling of soft skills.
• Proficiency in industry technologies, such as MICA.
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Willingness to participate in weekly rotating on-call shifts.
