We're looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Project Lead to join our team at Alpine Solutions Group. As a key member of our project management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial HVAC projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with a strong understanding of mechanical contracting principles and practices. You'll need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
• Collaborating with project superintendents, construction managers, and contractors
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
