Crawford Mechanical Services, a leading provider of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Service Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will sell service contracts, maintenance agreements, and estimate costs for HVAC and plumbing projects.
As a key member of our sales team, you will follow up on maintenance inquiries, completed projects, and customer leads to build a sales pipeline. You will also manage existing customer accounts, handle callbacks, and maintain detailed records in CRM software (Service Titan).
We offer a competitive salary of $52,000 plus commission, company vehicle, gas card, cell phone reimbursement, company-provided laptop or tablet, company-branded business apparel, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k, paid vacation, PTO, and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record, understanding of mechanical systems service (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), and 3+ years of industry experience. Experience in creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts, strong presentation skills, and pricing system experience are also required.
