Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Building Automation Manager to join our team at Envelop Group. This role involves overseeing controls projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence. Key responsibilities include project planning, scoping of work, estimating, scheduling, project management, commissioning, performance verification, and project closeout.
Responsibilities
• Create and maintain project plans, including budgets, timelines, materials, and resources.
• Manage pre-construction planning, including accurate task duration estimation and schedule development.
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, and subcontractor management to optimize project profitability.
• Monitor project costs and adjust as necessary to ensure financial success.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC industry applications, including MEP drawings and specifications.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
