Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Journeyman Installer to join our team at The Peterson Company, LLC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the direction and installation of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
• Manage production through the direction and installation of mechanical systems.
• Plan, lay out, and optimize project installation for efficiency.
• Communicate and order materials in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and project managers.
• Coordinate and document additional work beyond project scope.
• Record daily job production (Daily Reports).
• Maintain accurate documentation of installed systems (As-Builts).
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors.
• Efficiently use, maintain, and terminate rental equipment.
• Secure and organize onsite materials.
• Manage securement of company property on the job site.

Requirements:
• 4 years of experience (preferred).
Estimated Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location.
