Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As the primary installation expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial projects.
• Oversee the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with construction teams to interpret and follow new construction plans.
• Train and mentor installation crew members, ensuring they develop key skills.
• Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
You will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing system demonstrations, and communicating clearly with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in residential and light commercial HVAC installation and service.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC construction plans and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
• EPA Universal Certification.
