About the Role: As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing general maintenance support for our facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, such as general contracting, and monitoring the facility for safety and security. You will also troubleshoot power, HVAC system, and controls, as well as mechanical systems, and maintain general and preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 5-7 years of experience in construction or building engineering
• HVAC license (not electrician)
• General contracting experience
• Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems
