Job Responsibilities
We're seeking a skilled Hvac Service Technician to join our team, responsible for inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and diagnosing and repairing system malfunctions. Responsibilities include:
• Never sell anything you wouldn't give to your own family
• Inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant problems.
• Install, repair, or replace HVAC system components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, fans, ductwork, and refrigerant lines.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used for billing and documentation purposes.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Collaborate with other HVAC team members and contractors as needed to complete projects efficiently.
• Participate in occasional on-call rotations for after-hours and emergency HVAC service calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service by arriving on time, communicating clearly, and maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
