Job Title: HVAC Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Service Manager to lead our team of technicians. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 15+ technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive performance improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• 5+ years of industry experience in managing and troubleshooting complex HVAC systems
• 3+ years of leadership experience motivating and empowering teams
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
