Responsibilities & Tasks
Service Delivery:
• Providing prompt and effective service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring all product and equipment installations meet quality standards.
Diagnostic & Repair:
• Using specialized tools and technical knowledge to diagnose complex issues.
• Repairing and replacing faulty systems and equipment as required.
Logistics & Maintenance:
• Planning and executing efficient logistics for on-site installations and repairs.
• Performing regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
Communication & Documentation:
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each job.
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication.
Salary and Benefits:
This role comes with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications. We offer medical insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation time, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match.
