About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will play a critical role in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets, conducting heat load calculations, and ensuring accurate system design.
Main Responsibilities
• Determine and design the best HVAC systems for customers' needs, exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Complete thorough heat load calculations for each customer to guarantee accurate system design.
• Process necessary paperwork as per company policy to ensure smooth job completion.
• Foster effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal staff to address any issues that may arise during the job process.
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation package including a salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have opportunities for bonus pay based on performance and commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
