Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
• Represent one of the leading brands in the HVAC distribution channel for York Factory Direct, promoting the JCI portfolio in the assigned market.
• Sell Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to HVAC contractors.
• Develop partnerships with existing customers to increase share of wallet, while recruiting new customers into the York family to increase market share.
• Provide leadership coaching and support to ensure success.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct outside sales experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Self-motivated individuals with a high energy level and desire to achieve goals beyond what is required.
