Key Responsibilities
The Commercial Refrigeration Technician Lead will be responsible for:
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues with commercial ice machines;
• Performing routine maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance and longevity of ice machines;
• Troubleshooting and performing necessary repairs or replacements;
• Communicating effectively with clients to explain problems, solutions, and provide recommendations;
• Maintaining accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job;
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and location.
