We are seeking an experienced Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Kansas City area. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our commercial ice machines to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, based on local and national market rates.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to prevent malfunctions and prolong its lifespan.
• Respond to service calls promptly, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Collect payment and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Document all interactions, including service performed, parts replaced, and customer feedback.
