Job Description
As a commercial service technician - plumbing, you will play a critical role in maintaining the plumbing systems of our commercial clients in Charlotte.
You will be responsible for assembling and installing plumbing systems, troubleshooting and repairing pipe and pipeline systems, and maintaining and repairing commercial sewer systems.
Your duties will also include preparing written work cost estimates for clients and adhering to high standards for quality of work, organization, and neat appearance.
Key Requirements:
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience.
