• Lead and manage a team of skilled service technicians to ensure top-notch service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and sales manager to meet company goals.
We're looking for a proven track record in HVAC service, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, along with detail-oriented and organized approach.
