We offer a competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for continuing education as required. Compensation will be $25-$35 per hour, plus a performance-based bonus. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance technician, proficiency in repairing and servicing all brands of HVAC products and equipment, and training and qualifications in installing and servicing IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) products.
Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC units to identify the root cause of malfunctions and performance issues
• Perform repairs on HVAC units, including replacing faulty components, repairing wiring or leaks, and restoring proper functionality
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning coils, lubricating moving parts, and checking electrical connections
• Inspect and test HVAC systems to assess their condition and identify potential problems or areas for improvement
