About the Job
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Operations Specialist to join our team at The PAC Group. This role involves providing expert technical support for the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site visits to inspect mechanical systems, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of mechanical system specifications, including drawings and technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other building systems.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members on mechanical system operation and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC operations, preferably in commercial or industrial settings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CAD readers, and other relevant software tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
$100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
