Service Management Opportunity
Retail Mechanical Solutions Inc. is seeking an accomplished Refrigeration Service Manager to oversee our HVAC/R service department. This dynamic role offers a unique chance to grow professionally and contribute to the company's continued success.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
Key Accountabilities:
• Direct and manage a team of HVAC/Refrigeration technicians, focusing on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to keep staff members current with industry advancements.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration between field technicians and office staff to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Craft schedules for maintenance and repair services to meet customer expectations.
• Develop innovative strategies to elevate service quality, boost profitability, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Essential Qualifications:
• Significant experience as a Refrigeration Service Manager or similar leadership position.
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including refrigeration technologies and equipment.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
