Job Overview
Sphere Mechanical Corp. is a leading HVAC Mechanical Contractor based out of San Diego, specializing in mechanical systems design and implementation.
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Superintendent to take charge of our mechanical projects, ranging from $5M to $12M, working on both federal and private contracts.
In this role, you will lead a skilled field team, coordinate with subcontractors, manage material orders, and ensure seamless HVAC installations.
Responsibilities include enforcing and performing all work according to company safety policy and OSHA & EM385 mandates, interpreting and understanding scope of work, specifications, blueprints, and addendums.
Additionally, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project from start to finish, implementing measures to reduce cost and complete on schedule.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in supervisory role in HVAC/construction industry
• 5-10 years of field experience in HVAC/Sheet metal
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in project management software (Bluebeam, Procore, etc.)
Compensation:
$100,000 - $105,000 yearly
