About the Role:
In this Mechanical Services Specialist position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems across multiple sites. You will work closely with our team to perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement repairs.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues
• Develop and implement plans to improve system efficiency and performance
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
What We're Looking For:
• Universal EPA Certification or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
