We are seeking a talented Technical Services Technician to join our team at SISL Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support services for all lab devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting lab users with connectivity to the lab network, managing network access and firewall requests, and providing hardware support for jump servers and firewalls.
