A leading HVAC services provider, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and possess strong leadership qualities. As a key member of our management team, the Lead HVAC Installer will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing HVAC projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and support.
• Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• HVAC Installation:
• Oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues efficiently.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute HVAC installation projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality control measures to guarantee the excellence of HVAC installations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure work meets Airmaster's high standards.
• Customer Interaction:
• Interface with clients to understand their HVAC needs and address any concerns.
• Provide expert advice on system maintenance and energy efficiency improvements.
• On-Call Support:
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a lead HVAC installer.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid HVAC license and relevant certifications.
• Ability to work a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities.
