Job Overview
Aronimink Golf Club seeks a skilled HVAC/R Technician to join its team. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems within the historic clubhouse.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment, as well as experience working with older properties. Additionally, they will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to work evenings and weekends, and physical stamina to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining HVAC/R equipment, including RTUs, split systems, mini splits, make-up air units, and light refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment parts such as compressors, filters, fans, motors, valves, drains, drip pans, and metering devices, with the ability to repair or replace as necessary.
• Working with damper controls, BAS System, low-pressure boilers, steam heat, generators, and safety equipment.
• Implementing a Preventative Maintenance schedule and reporting to the Facilities Director.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
