About the Job
We are seeking a talented HVAC General Manager to join our team at Service Logic. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the HVAC Service Group, which includes overseeing all direct reports, recruiting new hires, and participating on the Maxair management team.
You will also be responsible for marketing and sales to maintain backlog and revenue goals, as well as resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely and cost-effective manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and leadership, with experience in forecasting, scheduling, and real-time project management.
A minimum of one year of experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff is required, along with good oral and written communication skills. The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
