Job Responsibilities:
• Annual maintenance and diagnostics.
• Hands-on job training for residential annual maintenance and on-demand service.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 1 year of HVAC experience or equivalent education and experience.
• EPA Universal Certification (obtain within 3 months of employment).
• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Ability to acquire necessary tools.
• Willingness to invest time in developing skills and knowledge through training.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
