About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Account Executive to join our team at Maxair Mechanical LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving new maintenance agreement sales, and managing existing customer relationships.
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Earn up to $65,000 per year, plus commissions based on sales performance. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
• Generate leads and drive new sales revenue through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase renewal rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

In addition to your base salary, you will have opportunities to earn bonuses based on your sales performance. This includes commissions on new sales revenue, as well as bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
