HVAC Technical Lead
We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Technical Lead to join our team at Automated Logic in Lisle, IL. This is a technical leadership role that requires a strong background in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.
About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in commissioning and troubleshooting of building automation systems. They will lead teams, mentor less experienced engineers, and serve as a point of contact for technical issues.
Responsibilities:
• Lead complex projects involving the installation and optimization of building automation systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for building automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid and current Driver's License and ability to be insurable by the company's insurance.
• Ability to climb ladders or use other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and lift items up to 50lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field.
• Proficient with advanced building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.
• Expert with TCP/IP networks including wireless technology.
• Experience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
