We are seeking an experienced HVAC Systems Manager to lead our engineering team in maintaining and improving the operation of our hospital's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is running efficiently and effectively, while also implementing sustainable practices to minimize energy consumption.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system maintenance and repair, with experience in supervising teams and managing budgets. You will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining all HVAC equipment, including boilers, chillers, and fans, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
