This position offers an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
As a PTAC installation specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing packaged terminal air conditioners and HVAC systems in condominiums located in Chicago and its suburbs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of jobs
• Conducting preventative maintenance, service, and estimates for PTAC and HVAC systems
• Installing new equipment and replacing old wall sleeves as needed
• Maintaining regular working hours and participating in rotating on-call duty
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
The ideal candidate will have at least one to three years of field experience in residential HVAC service and installation, as well as proficiency in mechanical and diagnostic skills.
A valid driver's license, EPA certification, and a clean driving record are also required.
