As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.Responsibilities:- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including identifying and solving problems with ductwork, electrical wiring, and controls.- Install new HVAC systems and upgrade existing ones, ensuring they meet industry standards and our clients' needs.- Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC equipment to extend its lifespan and prevent breakdowns.- Educate clients on proper HVAC system usage and routine maintenance.- Document service calls and keep accurate records of work completed and parts used.- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of all work orders.- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, and keep inventory of tools and equipment up-to-date.- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or other relevant certification preferred.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance techniques.- Proficient with hand and power tools, and able to use electronic testing equipment.- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Valid driver's license.At FLYNN & CATALDO, we're looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction.
